Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Transformation group seeks a Strategic Change Manager to drive the people and culture shifts behind the firm’s major internal programs. You’ll design change strategies to engage, inspire, and motivate teams through a human-led, AI-powered finance journey.

Lead change initiatives, coordinate with senior leaders, and deliver communications and engagement activities to optimize adoption and ROI across Finance transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications
• 7+ years of change management/communications experience
• Design and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations
• Limited travel approx. 10-20%, remote work possible
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• MBA or graduate degree preferred
• Experience with ERP implementations or large-scale redesigns
• Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage change management strategies for our large-scale program and other Finance Transformation initiatives, accelerating ROI and reducing adoption risk
• Perform stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to develop data-driven change strategies
• Build and manage leadership alignment plans to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement
• Develop and deliver creative communications and engagement activities to drive understanding and adoption of key changes
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions through defined metrics and evolve plans to optimize adoption outcomes
• Regularly report activity status to program leadership and elevate risks/issues
