Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior change enablement or transformation leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and complex programs.
• Experience designing and executing enterprise-wide change management strategies across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise change enablement strategy aligned with priorities and transformation objectives.
• Establish standards, methodologies, tools, adoption metrics and governance across projects.
• Oversee readiness and adoption; deliver executive insights on readiness, trends, risks and opportunities.
