Job summary

Cook Systems, Inc. is seeking a Change Enablement Analyst to lead and coordinate end-to-end change initiatives across technology projects. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to craft plans, training, and communications that drive adoption.

The role emphasizes building enthusiasm, reducing resistance, and reinforcing best practices post-implementation. You will design self-service and instructor-led learning using digital tools and ensure measurable change outcomes across

Qualifications

Experience in an agile environment.
Experience with Confluence or similar tool.
Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office).
Background supporting IT change initiatives and creating documentation.
Ability to develop training materials for self-service and instructor-led learning.
Experience executing end-to-end technology change using a change framework (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).

Responsibilities

Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners.
Analyze business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively.
Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project.
Demonstrate experience with documentation tools to create high quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation.
Leverage multiple communication channels for different audience sizes and technical backgrounds.
Create training for self-service and in-person/virtual modes using digital authoring tools.
