• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Public Relations, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of change management experience with large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced consulting skills including influencing, negotiating, and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead change on large-scale, complex, and transformational initiatives concurrently.
• Partner with HR on change strategies and readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute change enablement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify change impacts, mitigate resistance, and drive adoption.
• Develop communications and training plans and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance on change-related matters.
• Monitor change deliverables and report metrics to project teams.
