Job summary

CODAI Consults LLC in Austin, TX seeks an Organizational Change Management Analyst II to plan, schedule, and drive project-level change strategies. You will measure change readiness and long-term sustainability while collaborating with project managers, business relationship managers, risk managers, IT teams, QA, and other technology partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI and deliverables including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, and Communications Assessments.
• 5+ years developing change management plans, communications plans and training plans with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption metrics.
• 5+ years coaching cross-functional teams using industry best practices to improve coordination and communication during project execution.
• 3+ years experience in large IT efforts with agency-wide impact.
• 3+ years creating weekly executive summaries and tailored reports for senior leadership.
• 3+ years developing content for dissemination to non-technical users.
• 3+ years supporting CRM-related communications plans and ITD coordination.
• 3+ years documenting changes for IT systems and processes.
• 3+ years fostering an inclusive environment and upholding ITD values.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, and execute project-level change strategies including readiness measurement.
• Collaborate with PMs, business relationship managers, risk managers, IT and QA teams.
• Develop testing, communications, and training strategies and deliverables.
• Create stakeholder communications and training materials for CRM initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to project teams on best practices.
