Niles Enterprises is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational change by guiding employees through new processes, systems, and tools. You will assess impacts, develop communication and training resources, and address adoption barriers across field and office operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, Organizational Development, HR, Operations, Communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in change management, organizational change, or process improvement.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management plans for initiatives across operations and systems.
Assess impact on employees, departments, workflows, and business operations.
Document and standardize current and future workflows with SMEs.
Translate leadership decisions into actionable expectations for staff.
Create communication, engagement, training, readiness, and adoption plans.
