Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Change Enablement Manager within People Solutions to guide transformation with clarity and impact. You will design strategies for technology adoption, process redesign, M&A integration and new ways of working in a matrixed environment.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, applying Prosci/ADKAR frameworks while adapting to pace. You will partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Industrial Psychology, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years leading change management for complex programs or projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
• Detail-oriented, organized and with solid business acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Create structured change management strategies, plans and roadmaps to help people adapt to new ways of working while minimizing disruption and resistance.
• Design, develop, deliver and manage communication plans and materials for employees, leaders and stakeholders to understand what is changing and how to act.
• Lead change needs assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to inform plans and actions.
• Shape training strategies and resources that help employees build confidence and strengthen skills.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture the voice of the employee, identify adoption risks and address resistance.
• Partner with project teams to align on goals, success metrics and integrated plans that embed change management into delivery.
• Coach people leaders to communicate clearly, support teams and lead through change with confidence.
• Define adoption metrics, measure and report on effectiveness of strategies to ensure engagement and sustainability.
• Use AI-enabled tools, data and insights to improve planning, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption measurement and sustainment strategies.
