Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Change Enablement Manager in the People Solutions organization. You’ll design and execute change strategies for technology adoption, process redesign, M&A integration, and organizational restructuring, operating within a matrixed environment to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead adoption metrics, stakeholder analyses, training plans and communications, ensuring sustained change across initiatives while leveraging Prosci/ADKAR frameworks in a fast-paced

• Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence change decisions and drive outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional work teams and managing multiple workstreams.
