Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Enablement to lead holistic change efforts for large-scale initiatives across people, process, and technology transformations.

You will design strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and sustained behavioral change while partnering with Transformation leaders and business stakeholders. You will guide change programs from strategy through execution, assess impacts, manage resistance, and ensure adoption, engagement, and measurable value

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in change enablement, organizational change, or transformation roles.
• Experience supporting large scale, enterprise level initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional program teams.
• Experience applying structured change methodologies in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive change enablement strategies aligned to program objectives and enterprise priorities.
• Translate business and technology changes into clear people, process, and behavior impacts.
• Ensure change strategies support successful adoption, engagement, and value realization.
• Partner with Communications and Training teams to ensure integrated, consistent experiences.
• Define and track change effectiveness metrics tied to adoption and readiness; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
