Job summary

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging Prosci/ADKAR and AI-enabled insights while coordinating across a matrixed organization to sustain adoption and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field and multiple years of experience in change management.
• Experience applying Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks to large programs.
• Ability to lead multiple change initiatives and influence outcomes across functions.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Create structured change management strategies, plans and roadmaps for adoption.
• Communications: Design and manage communications to help employees understand changes.
• Impact & Readiness: Lead readiness and stakeholder analyses to inform plans.
• Training Support: Shape training strategies to build skills for new ways of working.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to address adoption risks.
• Project Partnership: Align change plans with project delivery.
• Change Coach: Coach leaders to communicate and guide teams.
• Measurement: Define adoption metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• AI-Enabled Change Enablement: Use AI-enabled tools to improve planning and sustainment.
