Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support business and technology transformation initiatives within a large, highly regulated enterprise environment. The role involves coordinating change adoption, stakeholder communications, and training across multiple teams in a complex setting.

The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of hands-on Change Management experience, strong Excel and presentation skills, and the ability to manage resistance and measure change impact.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of hands-on Change Management experience.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and change communications.
• Experience supporting training, adoption, and resistance management.
• Understanding of change metrics and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting technology, business transformation, or organizational change.
• Large-enterprise experience strongly preferred.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support change-management activities across multiple business and technology initiatives.
• Partner with business, technology, product, and project teams to drive change adoption.
• Develop and coordinate stakeholder communications and change messaging.
• Support training, user readiness, and capability-building activities.
• Identify and help address resistance to organizational and process changes.
• Track change adoption, effectiveness, and related metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and complex enterprise environments.
