Job summary

Reserv is seeking an Operations Principal to own the change landings across product launches and process redesigns. You will shape governance, execution cadence, and adoption measurement to ensure changes land successfully across teams.

You will lead two Operations Leads, drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, and L&D, and articulate executive-ready updates while building a scalable, systematic function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, operational transformation, operations, or launch roles.
• Experience managing people and developing direct reports into owners of their work.
• Proven ability to run multi-workstream launches or calendars with pilots, debriefs, and escalations.
• Fluency with business intelligence tools to define adoption metrics and read data.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building a function to operate systematically.
• Active use of AI tools in work and interest in applying them to launches and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own Change Management Framework and Governance for every product launch and change.
• Design and operate the function with intake paths, cadence, templates, and playbooks.
• Define adoption metrics, ownership of usage reports, and feedback channels to Product.
• Lead and develop two Operations Leads, aligning priorities and communicating with executives.
