Job summary

Reserv is hiring an Operations Lead to own process design and change across claims operations. You will document end-to-end processes, govern the SOP library, and verify that changes land in practice.

You will train leaders, managers, and frontline teams, coordinating with Learning & Development so onboarding reflects current processes. A strong emphasis on data-driven rollout and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write process documentation: SOPs and before-and-after write-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the before-and-after process design for each change.
• Own the SOP library across lines of business and account variants.
• Ensure changes land in practice with verifications and audits.
• Build training and communications for process changes.
• Verify change readiness with documented processes, plans, onboarding, and metrics.
• Track metrics and drive data-driven rollout improvements.
