Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Change and Adoption Lead to guide enterprise change, enablement, adoption, and deployment across the Transformation Office portfolio. You will shape strategy, stakeholder engagement, readiness, deployment plans, and sustainment for major initiatives.

You will partner with executives to define governance, readiness criteria, and adoption measures, ensuring clear messaging, training, and reinforcement throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight years of enterprise change, adoption, readiness, or transformation experience.
• Experience building change methodologies, playbooks, and governance routines.
• Advisor experience with senior executives on change risk and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Defines enterprise change strategy for Transformation Office portfolio.
• Establishes governance routines for change readiness and adoption metrics.
• Develops stakeholder activation and leader enablement plans.
• Partners to build adoption scorecards and readiness views for leadership.
