Job summary

Reserv is hiring an Operations Lead to own process design and change across claims operations. You will write end-to-end processes, govern the SOP library, and train teams to adopt new ways of working.

You’ll verify that changes land in practice and partner with Claims Leadership to optimize outcomes. You will work across the Strategic Operations team, collaborating with Product, Technology, and Claims Operations to ensure consistency and impact of every change.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in management consulting, operational transformation, or similar roles.
• Experience writing process documentation teams follow (SOPs, guides).
• Experience running cross-functional change against dates and validating adoption.
• Detail-oriented with structured record-keeping of changes.
• Fluent use of BI tools to read process compliance data.
• Active use of AI tools to improve documentation and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead before-and-after process design for each change, end-to-end.
• Own the SOP library, governance, and change-language for updates.
• Ensure readiness: documented process, change plan, training, onboarding.
• Develop training and communications for leaders, managers, frontline staff.
• Verify changes landed in practice via SOP checks and time studies.
