Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Strategic Operations professional to own the launch readiness and end-to-end rollout for product changes. You will lead pilot design, training, and adoption reporting, coordinating with Product, Technology, and Claims Operations to ensure a smooth transition that actual users experience in day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in management consulting, operational transformation, operations management, or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage a launch calendar with pilots, debriefs, and escalations.
• Effective writer and presenter for adjuster guides and manager communications.
• Fluency with business intelligence tools to define adoption metrics and build reports.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple launches in flight.

Responsibilities

• Launch readiness: ensure end-to-end readiness, with materials built and SOPs current.
• Launch program management: own end-to-end roadmap from estimate to go-live and stabilization.
• Training and communications: develop multi-channel training and communications plans for leaders and frontline teams.
• Adoption measurement: define metrics and build live reporting with Data team for launches.
