Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs across the NCLH brands.

Role requires deep casino industry knowledge, strong account planning, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, and operations teams. HQ Miami or remote work is available for this senior position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, or related roles.
Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers.
Experience developing financial proposals and forecasting revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop territory with casino operators and properties focusing on quality and potential.
Build partnerships through discovery, visits, industry events, referrals, and outreach.
Create partner business cases detailing target players, commercial model, and promotional commitments.
Coordinate internal approvals and maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts in the CRM.
Own and communicate partner performance, opportunities, and next steps in reviews.
