Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate professional experience required.
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, or related partnerships.
- Experience acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino partnerships with measurable revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Build territory development plans prioritizing casino operators by player quality and revenue potential.
- Develop relationships with property presidents, general managers, and casino marketing leaders.
- Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through discovery and outreach.
- Develop partner-specific business cases and proposals with target players and expected returns.
- Support negotiation of terms and coordinate approvals with leadership and legal teams.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.
