Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs for the NCLH brands. The role reports to the Senior Director Casino Business Development and can be based in Miami, FL, or remotely.

You will own the commercial performance of assigned partners, coordinating across marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, and operations to drive guest acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, partnerships, or related commercial roles.
• Proven success acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino/hospitality partnerships.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers.
• Experience developing financial proposals, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to guide actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans prioritizing casino operators and loyalty programs.
• Build partner relationships with presidents, GMs, CMOs, and loyalty leaders.
• Originate, qualify, and advance partnership opportunities through discovery and outreach.
• Design partner programs, loyalty campaigns, and promotional calendars that align with reinvestment objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch and operate partner programs.
