Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to develop and expand relationships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs across the NCLH brands.

You will build a strategic pipeline, craft partner-specific business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and guest acquisition. The role requires seven+ years in related roles, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in casino marketing or related commercial role.
• Proven success acquiring accounts and growing partnerships.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

• New Partner Development: build territory plans, prioritize operators, develop partner-specific business cases and proposals, coordinate approvals and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Partner Growth and Consulting: own the relationship for assigned partners, assess segmentation and loyalty economics, design marketing programs and campaigns, translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Commercial Performance: deliver annual goals, monitor acquisition costs and ROI, forecast revenue, identify actions to close gaps and expand programs.
• Program Execution: coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch and operate partner programs, own launch plans and communications, resolve issues and represent NCLH at events.
• Market Intelligence and Governance: track competitor partnerships and market developments, share insights with leadership, ensure compliance with terms and policies.
