Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, or loyalty partnerships.
• Proven success acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino/hospitality partnerships.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to inform actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory development plan prioritizing casino operators and properties by value and fit.
• Develop relationships with property presidents, general managers, and marketing leaders.
• Originates, qualifies, and advances new partnership opportunities through discovery, visits, events, and outreach.
• Create partner-specific business cases defining target players, commercial terms, and required investments.
• Support negotiation of terms and coordinate approvals with leadership and legal teams.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM.
