Job summary

Ivy Tech is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the Ivy+ Career Link to oversee training and services with employers, faculty, and campus leaders. You will coordinate program delivery, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain essential records in CRM and student systems.

Responsibilities include designing training, staffing, budgeting, and collaborating with departments to meet contractual requirements and FERPA standards. Travel for statewide activities is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience in business, industry, training, or a related activity with financial acumen.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to professional development or statewide activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, assist in or assign the development of training, programs, and services for contracts or open enrollment.
• Identify, hire, and manage faculty and staff for fulfillment of courses and programs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure quality programming and future course offerings.
• Coordinate with Marketing to create materials and market programs and services.
• Maintain project documentation and records in CRM and student management systems and provide reports.
