Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking an Ivy+ Career Link Program Manager to oversee program fulfillment for employers, students, and the public. You will collaborate with executives, faculty, and staff to implement metrics and ensure services exceed expectations.

The role involves travel to partner sites and cross‑department coordination. Key duties include designing programs, hiring staff, leading AYD mapping, and building employer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience in business, industry, training, or related activity with financial acumen.
• Ability and willingness to travel for assigned duties.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Design or assist in developing training programs and services for contract or customized training.
• Identify and manage faculty and staff for course delivery and program fulfillment.
• Lead work-and-learn initiatives and map employee programs to internal experiences.
• Plan and execute career events and information sessions with employers and partners.
• Maintain accurate project records in CRM and student management systems.
• Collaborate with multiple college departments to ensure timely delivery of programs.
