Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and assist in development of training, programs, and services for contracts, customized training, and open enrollment.
• Hire and manage faculty and staff for program fulfillment.
• Collaborate with campus departments to ensure timely execution of programs and invoicing.
• Maintain project documentation and records in CRM and student management systems.
• Coordinate facilities, materials, and equipment for service delivery.
• Support marketing to promote programs and services.
• Track employer and student feedback and outcomes.
