Responsibilities include program development, coordinating facilities and materials, tracking outcomes in CRM systems, and ensuring FERPA compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of related experience in business, industry, or training.
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Design, assist in, or assign the development of training programs and services.
• Identify, hire, and manage faculty and staff for courses and programs.
• Lead efforts to map employee programs to work-and-learn experiences and internships.
• Plan and execute career events and information sessions with employers and colleges.
