You will collaborate with Employer Consultants, campus leadership, and faculty to meet metrics tied to employers and college outcomes.

The role involves supervising staff, managing records in CRM/Salesforce, and coordinating program delivery across multiple departments, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related experience in business, industry, training, or similar.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Commitment to a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
• Willingness to travel for development or statewide activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, assist in or assign development of training programs and services.
• Identify, hire, and manage faculty and staff for courses and programs.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to ensure quality programming and future offerings.
• Coordinate with other departments for invoicing, materials, and services.
• Maintain project documentation and contracts in approved templates.
• Ensure facilities, materials, and equipment for service delivery is arranged.
• Partner with Marketing to create materials and market programs.
