Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth in Florida. You will develop and execute territory plans, build relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities in a complex market.

The role requires 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, a life sciences degree, and strong analytical skills with CRM and MS Office. Travel as needed and a commitment to compliant, ethical selling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including CRM, AI tools and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations for top targets.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (presentations, etc.).
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
