Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned Fort Lauderdale territory. You will develop territory business plans, build relationships with physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market access and product adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, with a preference for cardiovascular experience and strong analytical, CRM, and communication skills. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy and high integrity.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with top targets.
• Use data/tools to develop strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and perform presentations to customers.
• Plan territory coverage and manage the territory budget for sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy in the area.
• Participate in training and development programs and comply with policies.
