Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in a defined Tampa, FL territory. You will develop territory plans, build strong physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The role requires 3+ years pharma sales, a life sciences or related degree, and the ability to travel. You will analyze market data, execute brand strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, ethical selling in a complex market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field.
3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Strong ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
Self-motivated with autonomy to work independently.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory with strategic plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations.
Use data/tools and insights to guide sales decisions.
Demonstrate account-based selling and conduct group presentations.
Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
Complete administrative tasks timely and accurately.
Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
Participate in training and development programs.
Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
Additional duties as required.
