Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (e.g., group presentations).
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy within the area.
• Participate in training/development programs and comply with policies.
