Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve regional sales goals in the Jacksonville area. You will develop and execute territory business plans, build strong physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, plus 2+ years in cardiovascular fields. Travel and autonomy are essential in this market-paced position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales experience.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
