Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to drive portfolio performance across assigned hospital and health-system accounts in the Raleigh, NC region. You will diagnose account environments, develop tailored plans, and lead cross-functional teams to maximize access and utilization of Amgen CV products.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose business environment for assigned accounts in relation to Amgen CV products.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy.
• Lead pull-through and access initiatives across field teams and hospitals.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with matrix teams to promote approved CV products and data messages.
