Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to drive strategic engagement with key hospital accounts in the Cardiovascular portfolio. The role reports to a Cardiovascular Accounts Director and focuses on plan/execute actions to improve portfolio performance across complex partner organizations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or healthcare sales, with strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills, and is comfortable working in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor's degree with sales/account management experience as specified.
• 3+ years of account management/public payor experience preferred.
• Hospital/clinic, payor, or cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose business environment in assigned accounts and plan actions.
• Develop relationships with customers to support portfolio performance and brand strategies.
• Lead account plans aligned to CV strategy and drive utilization of CV products.
• Coordinate with field teams and matrix colleagues; manage access and pull-through programs.
