Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to assess and diagnose business environments across assigned hospital networks. You will plan and execute actions to support portfolio performance and brand strategies at multiple levels.

The role requires building strong relationships with payors and clinical leaders, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving compliant pull-through across institutions. A strong background in healthcare sales and cardiology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Masters degree & 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Bachelors degree & 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts and engage providers.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead implementation initiatives for sustainable utilization.
• Develop account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and market needs.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to arrange approved programs and hospital initiatives.
• Build relationships with hospital decision-makers across clinical and financial lines.
