Coordinate with Product and Marketing to execute marketing plans and programs.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Facilitate the bid process from re-solicitation to proposal submission.
Participate in negotiations to secure contracts aligned with goals.
Evaluate capture strategy effectiveness and adjust for future outcomes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide billing liaison.
