Job summary

MERRILL Technologies Group is seeking a Capture Manager to lead capture efforts aimed at securing new or re-compete contracts. This role involves developing capture strategies, coordinating proposals, and leading through the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in a management position related to contracts, finance, and engineering, alongside exceptional communication skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PTO starting on the first day of the month after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in a related management position involving contracts and program management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills are necessary.
• Analytical thinking regarding marketing, finance, and technical reading is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning strategies for customers and programs.
• Coordinate with Proposal Engineers and Business Development Managers.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle and hand off to launch team upon order receipt.
