Medline Industries, LP seeks a proactive business development professional to pursue new opportunities and re-compete contracts in highly competitive sectors. You will collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to align capabilities with client needs and drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes bid management, negotiations, and market analysis to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and secure contracts. Travel up to 25% may be required across the U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities to identify trends and improve results.
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage and collaborate with clients.

Mansioni

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including government contracting and large-scale technology sectors.
• Coordinate with Product and Marketing to implement marketing plans and promotional programs.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Manage bid processes from re-solicitation to proposal submission, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts that align with business goals and track performance of capture strategies.
