You will collaborate with proposal, product, and marketing teams to align Medline’s capabilities with customer needs and competitive requirements.

You will lead market and competitive analyses, manage bids from solicitation to proposal, participate in negotiations, and build strong client relationships to expand revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• At least 2 years of business development or sales experience.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and deadline discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to capture opportunities and align with customer needs.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including government contracts.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to execute marketing plans.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage bids from re-solicitation to proposal submission.
• Negotiate contracts to meet business goals.
• Evaluate capture strategies and adjust for better outcomes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide billing liaison.
