Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Capture Manager I to drive capture activities for Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation programs.

You will develop and execute comprehensive capture plans, build cross-functional teams, and coordinate resources to improve CAE’s likelihood of win. You will coordinate with business development, engineering, and proposals teams to shape competitive, compliant, and customer-aligned responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture activities for new business opportunities and recompetes from pursuit decision through contract award.
• Develop and maintain capture plans and win strategies aligned with customer requirements.
• Build and lead cross-functional capture teams for technical solutions, pricing, and proposals.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth transition from capture to proposal development and submission.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
