Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads capture activities for assigned opportunities from pursuit decision through award.
• Develops and maintains capture plans and win strategies aligned to objectives.
• Builds and leads cross-functional capture teams for technical solutions and pricing.
• Coordinates with BD and Proposal teams to transition from capture to proposal.
• Manages relationships with customers and industry partners to improve win probability.
• Leads competitive assessments and price-to-win activities with estimators.
