Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager II to support CAE USA’s Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation growth.

The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities by building customer relationships and analyzing market conditions. You’ll work with capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and other teams to shape solutions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and advance opportunities in defense/government contracting.
• Strong strategic thinking, business judgment and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes business development plans within assigned portfolios.
• Identifies, evaluates and qualifies new opportunities aligned with CAE growth objectives.
• Maintains relationships with government customers, military leaders and industry partners.
• Develops customer engagement plans, opportunity assessments and action plans.
• Supports capture and proposal activities with market and competitive insights.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated solutions.
