Job summary

CAE USA Inc. in Tampa seeks a Capture Manager I to lead defense and security opportunities from pursuit decision through award, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping competitive strategies.

This role requires engineering/business background, 2–5 years of capture management experience, and strong communication. You will manage pricing, schedules, and partner relations to win contracts for CAE's mission readiness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience as a capture manager.
• Ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn and break down complex, high-tech systems.
• Strong multitasking and under-pressure performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads capture activities from pursuit decision to contract award.
• Develops capture plans and win strategies aligned with requirements.
• Leads cross-functional capture teams for technical solutions, pricing, and proposals.
• Coordinates with Business Development for opportunity qualification and capture.
• Partners with Proposal Development to ensure compliant content.
• Maintains customer and partner relationships and identifies teaming opportunities.
• Manages price-to-win process with estimators and partners.
