Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead the pursuit of strategic DoD and IC opportunities from early qualification through award. You will own capture strategy, build win themes, and coordinate across cofounders, business development, engineering, and program teams to convert technical capability into funded, winnable pursuits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capture management experience in DoD or IC acquisition environments.
• Proven ability to shape and win defense programs from early pursuits to program of record.
• Strong understanding of DoD/IC acquisition pathways: FAR/DFARS, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, MTA, IDIQ.

Responsibilities

• Own capture strategy and execution for strategic pursuits across DoD and IC customers, from early qualification through award.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities aligned with the company program and technical roadmap.
• Build and execute capture plans: engagement strategy, win themes, competitive positioning, and price-to-win input.
• Maintain relationships with program offices and acquisition stakeholders ahead of solicitations.
• Run competitive intelligence to shape a winning position and identify teaming opportunities.
• Support proposal development: shape win themes, ensure compliance, and contribute to sections as needed.
• Track pursuit status, pipeline, and milestones in the CRM in partnership with RevOps.
• Represent the company at industry days, forums, and customer engagements.
