Job summary

BI&A is seeking a strategic Capture Manager to lead end-to-end pursuits in IC and DoW markets, driving win strategies, team formation, and compelling proposals. This role demands a proven history of winning large-scale contracts and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.

The position includes mentoring capture teams, collaborating with BD, pricing, and contracts, and delivering differentiated solutions aligned with federal procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Sustained success in winning large, complex IC and DoW prime contracts exceeding $100M on single-award deals.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement vehicles and contract types (IDIQ, FFP, T&M, cost-plus).
• Experience leading capture efforts for large programs in national security.
