Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Capture Manager to drive the capture of business development opportunities, shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. You will apply advanced technical expertise, lead teams, and mentor staff to achieve capture success.

You will develop innovative solutions, manage complex capture efforts, and build internal and external relationships with clients and partners, including DoW programs, while guiding staff to timely and effective capture outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Capture Manager, leading complex capture efforts.
• Experience executing all phases of capture, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and analyses.
• Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience in DoW/DoW program offices and varied acquisition sizes.
