Qualifications

• 8+ years of federal contracting, business development, and capture management.
• Proven track record of leading captures and contract wins.
• Experience with DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal acquisition processes.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with customer engagement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and assess opportunities aligning with growth objectives.
• Develop and execute structured capture plans and schedules.
• Plan compliant customer engagement activities to gather intelligence.
• Assess competitors and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Lead development of compliant, differentiated solutions.
• Formulate win strategies and value propositions addressing mission needs.
• Identify and manage teaming partners for alignment and coverage.
• Support pricing strategy with competitive analysis and cost inputs.
• Identify and mitigate capture-related risks to improve win probability.
• Provide transition from capture to proposal with complete strategy transfer.
• Lead post-opportunity assessments and document lessons learned.
• May lead cross-functional capture teams with SMEs, pricing, contracts.
