Qualifications

• 8+ years in federal capture or BD roles
• DoD experience (USMC, USAF, USN preferred)
• Experience shaping opportunities pre-RFP
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle capture from opportunity identification through proposal submission
• Conduct opportunity shaping and early customer engagement
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, and PWin assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Lead go/no-go decisions and competitive positioning
• Establish teaming strategies and partnerships
• Collaborate across BD, proposals, pricing, recruiting, and leadership
• Support proposal development and compliance inputs
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
