Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Capture Manager for our Washington, DC area operations. You will lead complex capture efforts across shaping, proposals, start-up, and execution, delivering innovative solutions with minimal direction.

You will mentor teams, build internal and external client relationships, and coordinate across DoD programs. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required to qualify for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Capture Manager leading and managing complex capture efforts.
• Experience executing all phases of capture: strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and analyses.
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience in proposal development with DoW organizations and varying acquisition sizes.
• Experience leading teams and obtaining outcomes from multiple teams.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
