Job summary

You will work with solution architects, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to craft win strategies, assess competitors and market trends, and ensure compliant, effective capture artifacts. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capture management or business development within DoW defense agencies.
• Experience with DoW acquisition processes, customer missions, and the federal procurement environment, including FAR and DFARS.
• Experience supporting or contributing to proposals or capture efforts.
• Experience preparing capture materials or customer engagement documents.
• Ability to analyze customer data, competitor information, and market trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and thrive in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the capture lifecycle from shaping to proposal, including gate reviews and documentation.
• Develop capture artifacts such as capture plans, call plans, and win strategies.
• Coordinate with solution architects and SMEs to translate customer needs into viable approaches.
• Support pricing strategies with guidance from pricing and finance teams.
• Mentor or supervise employees in company and technical competencies.
