Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contract Manager to capture, implement, and manage proposals and contracts across fixed-price and product delivery in cybersecurity, AI, and mission systems modernization. You will guide delivery and sales teams through the full opportunity lifecycle, providing strategic contracting support grounded in FAR/DFARS and government procurement standards.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract administration and negotiation experience.
• 3+ years negotiating emerging technologies, AI, cybersecurity, IP protection, and warranties.
• Experience negotiating contracts with industry partners and NDAs.
• Experience evaluating and executing U.S. Government and commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, federal procurement processes and contract types (FFP, OTA, GWACs).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with alternative contracting methods (OTA, SBIR, FMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture, implement, and manage proposals and contracts for complex technical solutions.
• Guide product delivery and sales teams through the full opportunity lifecycle.
• Provide strategic contracting support grounded in federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product Management, Sales and Engineering Delivery teams to ensure compliant deal execution.
• Advise senior leaders on monetizing intellectual property.
• Partner with government customers and industry partners to navigate trends.
